Ting is a research scientist at the University of Washington School of Social Work. At BHCore, she supports program and training evaluation through the development of evaluation tools, quantitative data collection and analysis, and the communication of findings to inform program improvement. She earned her Master of Social Work from the University of Washington. Ting’s current research interests include evaluating behavioral health training programs and examining program effectiveness and efficiency. Her broader research interests include behavioral health, suicide prevention, trauma and adversity, health equity, and the evaluation of community-based programs and interventions.
